I went here last week originally for a Brazilian wax. I called about two days before my appointment to see if there was any time available to squeeze in some additional services. They were so accommodating in being able to squeeze them in and even took the time to tell me about the promotions they had going on for the month. This was my first wax here and I had Leah and she was so sweet and informative of every part of the waxing process. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to EWC’s for years. Every time the military relocated us I hunt down the nearest EWC. For the longest time the closest one to me was Raleigh, but I am so happy there is one in Wilmington now!!!! Their staff is friendly and well educated about their services and products. This is a long overdue review from my last visit with Leah back in August. I honestly didn’t know that there was a EWC location in Wilmington, and I’m glad they finally opened a location closer to where I live. I’ve been getting my Brazilian waxes with EWC for over 3 years already, from California to Virginia to North Carolina, and have been consistent with it. My esthetician Leah is amazing to work with, she’s quick with the services which makes it painless, easy to get through and she definitely knows what she’s doing. I finally have my ‘go-to’ EWC location and an esthetician to go too; Everyone is very friendly, I definitely recommend going to this place, and booking with Leah if you get a chance! 🙂

Super disappointing. Drove an hour from Jacksonville to Wilmington for an appointment that had been “accidentaly” scheduled into November 2023. They say no problem, the time and waxer you want is available. After 30 minutes of waiting my water comes out and takes back someone else. I asked how much longer and apparently another accident happened. I was using my last free wax too so I wonder what they will do about that? A wasted day for nothing
