The facility itself is very clean and welcoming! So are the employees at the front desk. I was looking at the product on the wall after I checked in and they came over to explain them to me and tried some on my hand. Isis was the one who did all my waxing. She was amazing! I went to the European Wax Center for the first time I want to say around March, had an AMAZING experience the first 2-3 times I went, no issues at all! The last time I went early July if I am correct. I’m what most would consider overweight or “Thick”. The lady that waxed me in my last appointment made me feel super horrible about my body. I didn’t have the courage to write a review then because I was so embarrassed. She told me how “dark” certain places were because of the lack of maintaining on my part. She also told me I need to “clean” better. Lastly, she asked me why I waited so long to come back since it was harder for HER to get everything cleaned up. I felt like she saw the most dirtiest person in her life. I could never come back. I did end up paying because everyone deserves to get paid for their services but the tone and way she spoke to me made me super uncomfortable and super insecure. I have not gone back since. I left with two different eyebrows, red and bleeding along with stragglers still underneath. I am so disgusted with this service. Thank God it was my first free wax, so I paid nothing.
