The front desk is extremely rude. My last appointment with this location, I thought I might be 5-10 minutes late so I called them to let them know I was on my was. They said if I was more than 9 minutes late they would cancel my appointment. I go stuck in summertime construction traffic driving from Saxonburg to Mccandles. I argued with them that I wasn’t a no show, that things happen and I did call. They would not work with me. Now, I go to EWC in Cranberry, much nicer staff.

Monique handled my initial booking and also my check-in when I arrived day of. She was friendly, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly. Shelby did my waxing and she was wonderful. She was kind and patient with the fact that I was nervous, gave clear aftercare instructions, and chatted with me throughout, which made it more bearable. The facility was very clean and appeared to be running smoothly. I arrived a few minutes early and was taken back almost immediately. If I decide to continue getting waxed, I will absolutely return to this location. Thanks ladies!
