I recently noticed 3 unauthorized charges in the amount of $99 each on my credit card from EWC. I spoke to a manager at this location who confirmed that an dishonest employee had renewed wax passes on several accounts. I was told I would be refunded the entire amount, but was only partially refunded. I’ve emailed and called at least 5 times to get an explanation, to no avail. I will be taking my business elsewhere because not one manager has the time to return my calls and explain.

I should have written this review earlier but I guess it’s never too late. I have seen a handful of specialists there and Ravi is absolutely amazing. I now only make appointments with her for waxing. Not only is she cheerful, friendly and professional…..she is also excellent in what she does. I have not had any problems with bumps or in-growns with her. ( I have with other waxers) She is gentle but efficient. She also gives good advice on after care and always makes time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Ravi in this establishment.
