I recently switched here from my regular and was super scared. Booked with Victoria and she is an absolute gem. Ethereal… like there’s no word to describe who and how she is as a professional at what she does and also just as a woman! Also it was refreshing to connect with someone I could relate to! I was super comfortable the entire time and felt no pain, despite it being months since my last wax. Nothing short of amazing! Now I don’t write reviews about any place but my goodness, the ladies are are PHENOMENAL!!! I recently switched here from my regular and was super scared. Booked with Victoria and she is an absolute gem. Ethereal… like there’s no word to describe who and how she is as a professional at what she does and also just as a woman! Also it was refreshing to connect with someone I could relate to! I was super comfortable the entire time and felt no pain, despite it being months since my last wax. Critical: QualityI’m extremely dissatisfied with this quality of work. Granted this was my first time booking a service in which I was removing all of my body hair. I tried my hardest to prep my skin so I can accumulate the best results. I paid over 150$ and gave in a generous tip not for my hair to be growing back in two days. Their was a lot of hair left behind from my wax and I believe the person who was doing it truly didn’t care. She had a very lackadaisical personality and was actually ripping off the wax pretty slow. I am someone who gets Brazilian pretty often and this has to be the worst results I have a ever received. This may have been the first time getting my legs and arms done but I’m pretty sure their isn’t suppose to be patches left. Highly disappointed especially because I would understand if I gave you trouble during the wax but I sat as still as possible and barely a peep was heard from this session.I’m extremely dissatisfied with this quality of work. Well sometime in January i went for my waxing and my appt was 9:15 . Arrived at 9:00 and by the way I’m always on time. I called to let them know I was outside. As I’m waiting I recd a text for a very important appt telling me I had to be there at 12:00. I called back because now its 9:20 . Just to explain that I may have to reschedule if I don’t get seen because I have to travel to Manhattan. Micheal answered the phone and as I was trying to explain my situation he throws his hand in the air and throws himself back In the chair , I’m looking right at him from my car. Very unprofessional, so I get called at 9:40 and they had the nerve to change my appt to 9:45. The next day when I called back to speak to the manager I spoke to Jessica. Well let me tell you the most rude,nasty, unprofessional person I have ever spoke to and she hung up the phone on me. I sent a letter to Corp and have not heard anything. Now I have to travel to another location to finish off my package . I was going to this location for over a year .and about two months ago I purchase a package. Well sometime in January i went for my waxing and my appt was 9:15 . Arrived at 9:00 and by the way I’m always on time. I called to let them know I was outside. As I’m waiting I recd a text for a very important appt telling me I had to be there at 12:00.
