So… I really wanted to like it here. The prices are competitive, the place is clean, the person at the front desk was lovely. It was my first time waxing in years, and I wanted to treat myself. The person waxing me was on her phone constantly – from the moment I walked in, and the immediately after finishing. She was nice, but I felt like she didn’t have the bed side manner for something that is supposed to feel like a treat. She also left a lot of patches of hair on my legs. (I had a Brazilian – and I can understand if she left hair there because I was struggling… but my legs? Which I barely felt? There are whole strips of hair up and down my both of my thighs). I would have checked my thighs before I left but I honestly felt uncomfortable because she was IMMEDIATELY scrolling and texting and I wasn’t even fully clothed. I would consider going back, but I’ll probably book with someone else… and ask them to put their phone away.

I went Into this wax center to get a wax, as a first time client i was excited to get my wax. As soon as i entered and gave the receptionist my name, the manager Jackie quickly told me i would not be getting my service. She quickly told me that my name and birthday was seen to many times in the system and that i would Not be serviced. I explained to her that this was my first time and i just Wanted a wax. She then looked me up and down and said i wasnt Getting any free discounts or half off services as per a policy. I then Asked to see this policy she was referring to and she was not able to locate the policy but still denied me services. I never felt so embarrassed, I’ve never went back since. First time trying European wax center, the atmosphere was clean, staff were nice. Wax room clean. My waxer was Marina, she was great, talked me through the whole process. She does not double dip. She also recommended some products. Will be retuning.

Had a Brazilian wax with Marina. She was great, explained the process from beginning to end (it was my 1st time at EW) and the wax itself was not terribly painful (they use hard wax which is less irritating on your skin). She also uses a new stick with each application – so it’s all very sanitary Already booked my second appointment with Marina!

I recently moved and this EWC was the closest to my house, I was very hesitant on coming here because I haven’t waxed since October & I’ve been waxing with the same waxer for over 3 years but I must say I’m glad I did!! I booked with Marina K after looking at the reviews on yelp and they are very accurate. She’s super fast and doesn’t lay any crazy big wax strips on you (unlike some other waxers) so when she waxes it’s basically fast and painless. Waxing with her was actually less painless then waxing with my original specialist. The only reason I’m giving her 4/5 stars is because I sweat when I’m nervous (which is basically at any wax appointment) & I booked for Underarm & Brazilian. I was sweating a bit on my underarms so she couldn’t get the lil stubborn hairs with the wax, therefore she left them (when I felt like she could’ve tweezed them) but other then that she’s great I loved her & I’m coming back & making her my main wax specialist.

This is the second European Wax Center I went to. This location is my favorite. The front desk staff greeted me as I entered and was very polite and friendly. Before booking my appointment I read the reviews, I decided to give Janae a try as she had a lot of great reviews. Janae made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The services I got done were my eyebrows and Brazilian wax. It was done quickly and painless. I am so pleased with the outcome. I’m glad I decided to give this location a try. I will be booking with Janae again. Appointments can be made in the app or by calling. Your first wax is free or half off depending on what service you get. If you refer someone you get $10 on your account.

I came to European Wax about a week ago and the person who did wax was great! However, after i left I noticed the priced advertisement online was completely different from what i got charged. I left in such a hurry I forgot to tell the girl to include gratuity. When she asked me if i wanted a copy of my receipt I said no and she said” ok, you will receive an email receipt” i said perfect! Later on that night i checked my email receipt and I noticed i was charged 78 in tips . There was no way it was a mistake as we never spoke about a tip. I personally feel they scam people when they dont look at their receipt. I am a card person and i have never experienced something like this before. Just be aware
