We went there on 12/21/22, we made an appointment for 3 people at 11 am. We showed up at 10:30 and were seated almost immediately, but that is where the good time stopped. They started on my daughter’s pedicure immediately and my husband and i sat in the chairs for another 25 minutes with no one helping us, but all the while people were walking in that did not have appointments and they were being waited on. Finally, after about 25 minutes someone came to do my pedicure, while my husband sat there for another 30 minutes before they started his pedicure. I was completely done with both my pedicure and manicure before they even started on him. The owner mike was the one who helped me and to say that he was a little rough is an understatement! My daughters manicure colors did not match the color she had gotten for her pedicure, she brought it to the technician attention, he said

I got my nails and toes done here a couple days ago and the day I got them done, both of my thumb nails had bubbles in them and then they started to peel off. I went back the next day and they were nice and fixed them but today, one of my thumb nails has bubbles in it AGAIN and I can smell the nail polish as if they weren’t cured long enough. I paid over $100 so I expected them to last AT LEAST 2 weeks, not 1 day. I was really hoping I found my new nail place but I’m very unhappy and will not be going back. Again, the people there were really nice but that is unacceptable.

My friend called the other day to set up an appointment. This was her first encounter with Bliss and it will also be her last. The man who answered was very rude and abrupt and did not want to know what services she wanted. How can you schedule your employees when you aren’t interested in knowing whether a customer wants a quick polish or an extensive makeover that will take the entire afternoon??? Needless to say this was a memorable first impression and she’s already been telling others of how rudely she was treated on the phone.
