I recently went back in to get full leg and full bikini area. I have always shaved so I was prepared for the worst… my water Julianne was so nice and didn’t hurt me at all!! She also gave me tips on how to keep my skin soft snd how to avoid those ingrown hairs!! She was friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease.. she explained all the products and how they work and which ones would be best for me. I did not feel pushed or required to have to purchase products and she even offered samples. I will be going back again. I love this center. My daughter and I see Lindsay who always provides exceptional service. She is professional, gentle as possible, friendly and a pleasure to see each visit. She’s amazing! The reception staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Our favorite is Joanne, who is warm, friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you EWC for your excellent customer service!

This was my first time coming to the Roxbury location. The customer service was perfect! They did a brow consultation and shaped both of my brows perfectly! My wax specialist, Alexis was informative and professional and extremely friendly! After I was done, she told me it was at no cost to me, and I was completely floored!
