I went to an appointment at the Fairfield location. When it was time to pay I explained that I had a pass and that I had an issue that was over a year old that provided credits to my account. I explained that if this was not something that they can see, I can call back and speak to a manager. I said this 4x to the young lady I was working with, Alyssa Flores, whom I was not working with, continued to argue how this is not possible even though I never worked with her on this issue, I worked with a manager. She continued to argue with me to the point of being blatantly rude, disrespectful an unprofessional. She began yelling and jumping out of her chair. The yelling was so bad that other employees came running from the back asking her to stop. I have no idea what is going on with the service industry, but I find it appalling that employees think its okay to yell at customers. I had been attending this location for over 10years, and was continuing to drive out of my way to go to the same location even though I moved out of town. Needless to say, after this i have no desire to ever return. A customer should never be spoken to or treated in this manner. If this is the type of customer service that consumers are expected to encounter and is condoned by this business, you would be better off spending your hard earned money somewhere else.
