After driving all the way to Waxahachie from Lake Worth I arrived 10 minutes late so they turned me away. I was very upset and disappointed especially since I always have to wait after others even thou im scheduled at specific times. I got charged for a no show. Now I’m really not happy. I rescheduled for Grand Prairie everything was fine , got my prescription. I try to get a refill and I’m told I have to come back in. I’ve been getting the same prescription for the last 15 years. So I go ahead and schedule anyways. They say I owe $100 from last visit. I told her I already paid. . So I go round and round with her. I said look I’ve always paid cash whether it’s been $60or 1500. It showed I did always payed w cash. I’m upset because I feel like someone on there pay roll pocketed it. So I’ll no longer be going there. Now I see why my dermotolist left. I’m now looking for another Dermotolist.

Unbelievable, went to my appointment and was told they were no longer taking new patients. Why would they have made the appointment? I guess I should be glad I was not waiting for months to be seen or missed a days work. Just unbelievable.
