Great friendly and welcoming environment. My waxer always gives helpful tips and advice. They use hard wax (no strips). I have sensitive skin. With their care instructions and products (I highly recommend, they last me months and they definitely work) I have lessened or eliminate scars, hyperpigmentation, and ingrown hairs.

Had my first ever brazilian wax here today and the experience was great. Sarah was my waxer she was really cool and made the experience so easy. Very informative and just an overall good experience. Front desk girls were also very friendly. Online booking for appointments is super easy and I love that there is a points/rewards system. It was my first Brazilian wax and it was not exactly a pleasant experience here. I will say that I was a bit late, but the entire experience felt so rushed, I felt judged by the technician and all she kept saying was, we need to do this quick. As a first timer, I would expect a certain level of explanation for what to expect, product recommendations, etc. I got zero of that until I asked her at the very end. The front desk was also unwelcoming and not very warm. The environment was a little sterile for my liking. I will certainly not be coming back to this location. For this type of intimate service it’s important to feel taken care of and not judged.

Love this place. Reception is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been through 4 aesthetician but I have one favorite, my go-to girl, Jill. She’s efficient, quick, well trained, so personable, and makes my visit a more comfortable experience. Well kept store and rooms and adequate responses to the party demic regulations. Probably going to be coming here for a long time so I utilized their buy 9 services, get 3 free program! The plaza this center is located in always has me staying a little longer, too, with a Marshall’s, AMC Cinema, Margarita’s, Starbucks, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works and way more.
