Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been here twice for facials and I absolutely love it. Cynthia is amazing she is so good at what she does. She is so sweet and attentive, you can tell she really cares about her clients and their experience. Her massage technique during the facials are just incredible. I always leave feeling so calm and refreshed. I highly recommend her and the salon to all. I like the products they use and the quality in general. I will definitely keep going back monthly for my facials and I am interested in trying other services as well. The prices are very fair in my opinion. The atmosphere is really nice. I’ve been here twice for facials and I absolutely love it. Cynthia is amazing she is so good at what she does. She is so sweet and attentive, you can tell she really cares about her clients and their experience. Her massage technique during the facials are just incredible. I always leave feeling so calm and refreshed. I highly recommend her and the salon to all. I like the products they use and the quality in general. Critical: QualityTerrible experience here. I had to come in for a “hair consultation” before scheduling an actual appointment. Then I asked for a some blonde highlights to be put into my dark hair and got these terrible horizontal lines in my hair. Then to “fix it” I had to come back to attempt to correct the blonde lines (which I was charged for the product used.) My hair somehow turned out even worse. All dark on top, almost a straight horizontal line of blonde about half way down my hair and the whole bottom part was blonde. Then I was asked to come back for a 4th time to do low lights to “fix it” again. I went and got my hair fixed by someone who did an absolutely beautiful job. She said it was so bad they should have given me a full refund. (Remember I was being charged for product to fix their mistake.) Also, I got hot root (light red roots) which I was told would wash out. The lady who fixed my hair said it does not wash out and is caused by using the wrong toner. Then I asked for a some blonde highlights to be put into my dark hair and got these terrible horizontal lines in my hair.
