Today, I experienced the Infrared Sauna, Swedish Massage, and a Facial. The Sauna was not hot enough for me but that was the only downside to my experience here. My massage was extremely relaxing and my masseuse was very professional and attentive. I feel like I have a brand new body. My facial was just as relaxing as well. I swear I look about 5 years younger. Definitely look forward to coming back.

Husband and I tried Essentials Spa for the first time this weekend and it’s safe to say we will DEFINITELY be back. From the friendly front desk staff to the beautifully decorated rooms, there’s not a single bad thing about this place. We booked the couples massage which was in a beautifully decorated room complete with a fireplace and rose petals. Not to mention couples massages include wine and chocolate to enjoy after your massage. We’ve tried so many different places but nothing came close to the experience here. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Martha was so sweet and amazing. It was my 1st time getting a facial and massage, ever!!! I will def be going back again. She was very thorough and walked me through everything. I wasn’t tense anymore and felt like I was on a cloud. I finished my session with some Moscato, almonds and my favorite dark chocolate. I felt so relaxed through it all!

We made an appointment for Swedish massage for 3 people (12 o’clock) and we got on time for our appointment, we didn’t mind driving all the way to davie from pompano, but at the time we arrived (11:45) they told us they are running behind so they could only see 2 of us at 1pm and the other person would have to wait until 3 or 4pm; we were very excited to get our massage on our day off from work and they seemed like didn’t care much; by the way they had our phone number wrong and they said they tried to call to let us know, but of course they couldn’t reach; another little detail about this place is that they have signs in the front desk saying they only take cash, which they don’t let you know in advance… very disappointed

Massage was okay. There was no bed warmer. No wine, no almonds or chocolate like the other reviews mentioned. I think the therapist was motivated and tried to do well but I found the request to do deep breathing to take away from the relaxation I was hoping to obtain. Did receive hot oil at first but that ran out so it changed to cold lotion. Pricing is quite competitive & the spa is nicely decorated.

I have high stress and chronic severe neck pain. I booked a massage here to try the place and also to try their infrared sauna. I had the 80 minute deep tissue massage with Jackie and she was amazing!! One of the best massages I have ever had. I could tell within the first few minutes that she really cared about the client and the quality of the massage. I unfortunately did not enjoy my experience here today. First off let me just say that everyone was very sweet from the front desk, my aesthetician, and massage therapist. I did the two for Tuesday because it’s such a killer deal. I was so excited going into this because of the great reviews and life has been pretty tough lately so I needed a day of pampering but I didn’t feel very relaxed for most of it. It started off with my facial which for the positive note she did a lot to my face which was nice. But the negative part was she wasn’t slow and gentle about applying anything. It was quick and rough also felt like she was rushing. Facials are supposed to be slow and relaxing and I unfortunately did not experience that one bit. Also, what is the point of having people fill out the paper work if nobody reads it? I put that fragrance things makes my skin burn/break out and everything applied to my face had a fragrance. Now onto the massage which for me was the worst part… I am used to having my therapist ask if there is any troubled areas that I want them to focus more on which she did not ask and again I put it on the paper work which I doubt was read. The pressure during the massage was very minimal almost like I was just being rubbed, this was the biggest let down because my neck and back needed some TLC. And the final issue was COLD lotion…. I have never been somewhere that uses cold lotion for a massage, it is normally warm. So for the entire massage I was freezing because there is no bed warmer and cold lotion is being applied everywhere. Overall it was just a huge let down for me especially because I drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back…. So for me it was a waste and it stressed me out more than relaxing me. Again, everyone was very nice but I won’t be back, it just was not worth it.
