I’ve been a patron of Essential Nails for over ten years and enjoyed the nail techs and the hairstylist. My experiences were nice UNTIL I met the male owner. HE IS RUDE, HARSH, and UNCARING. Stephanie, his wife was usually a bit stand offish for years until the COVID pandemic when she struck up a conversation with me.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon. We got there 15 minutes before opening and there was already a line. Once the doors opened up, it went really quick, they check your temperature at the door and have you wash your hands even before signing in. They were so clean and I really enjoyed the extra touches I received in my pedicure. They refilled the hot water, 10 minute foot massage. If you have time I would recommend going here. If they have a line it is so worth the wait! I will be back for sure!

Tina did my pedicure, she was amazing and i love my massage but for 70$ on a CBD pedi I expected more stuffs on it not just sugar scrub , lotion and mask . But again Tina was amazing so I’m still happy with my pedicure Pedicure

Went there and Ann couldn’t do what I wanted. I asked for green and got baby blue on my toes. Kept asking for green and she kept bringing me different color blues. Completely overpriced. $16 for some lines drawn across my nail…… if you’re going to charge that much at least make sure the artist can do the designs. Love this salon, but don’t think I’ll be returning.

Staff is always pleasant and professional. My girlfriend takes me here for a pedicure when she thinks I need one lol. I’ve only been here twice and each time was an experience. Awesome work ethic and atmosphere is serene.

I called to make an appointment for my daughter to get a pedicure and a manicure. They told me that they didn’t take appointments on Friday’s, but I shouldn’t have a problem. We went there and was told the wait would be 45 minutes. We agreed to wait. An hour later they took her to do her nails. She got her manicure done and I left to wait in the car because it was so crowded and I didn’t want to take up a seat. An hour and a half later I get a text from my daughter saying she was now waiting for the pedicure. I went in when I realized I had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours already. I asked the lady how long it was going to take and she just said they were busy and probably wouldn’t even get to it for another hour at least. How do you run a business like this??? When I left to wait in my car, there was 1 person in the front waiting that came in after us. This time there were at least 6 people waiting. I paid for what was done and we left. I don’t understand how they can have you wait, then do half of what you want, and then make you wait again.. I will not be returning.

I have used this salon in the past and was very pleased. Today I was told no appointments, walk in only. So that’s what I did. I was told there was no wait. Me and my son sat and waited for just shy of an hour. Receptionist called me over and told me “I am sorry, she had to take another service”.
