Bridget did a wonderful job on my nails and made sure I loved them! She asked me at every step if they looked the way I wanted before continuing and I appreciated that so much. She was very detail-oriented and did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them. I have been here before and have always had a wonderful experience. They have great customer service and this will certainly be the only place I get my nails done in the future.

This was my first time getting acrylic nails and it was a great experience. Bridget was extremely nice and was also really gentle with my nails. Overall I like the nails. It’s pretty but I was expecting a little more communication from nail tech to ask for my options if I wanted dip powder or acrylic. Not everyone knows what’s the difference because I typically do acrylic for years and it lasts at least a month since my job is mixologists. Otherwise I love it

I went in for a pedicure and told the tech and owner what I was looking for – a simple off white color. I was excited because the tech picked out a color for me and was very confident in doing my nails. Upon leaving the salon I saw that she didn’t paint up to my nail bed and you can see the different coats and streaks of color on the sides of my toenails. Explains why my pedi only took 30 min…as I inspected my pedi more in my car, I realized my big toe had a smudge…I’m disappointed in how my service went

This is a well run salon. Appointments are Honored and walk iins are welcome. You even get a text confirmation for your appointment. The technician are professional and courteous. I dont usually write review for any services either they good or bad but today I see a lot of unusual bad reviews here at the salon, seems like they had one bad experience and trying to attack the shop with hundreds of 1-star rating. My own experience, I am very happy with the service here. Jules always does my nails but mostly all the nail tech are nice and very friendly. They can do every of my request. My nails always come out nice and pretty. Highly recommend this nail salon !!!

This is how my toenails looked the day after a classic pedicure at Essence Nail Salon. I could have done better myself and, in fact, did. I went back to have them redone and was told the boss wasn’t in and no one there was authorized to do anything about it and I could come back later. Sorry but my time is too valuable. I won’t be back – ever.

I don’t even know the lady’s name who did my nails because she didn’t introduce herself but she charged me $40 for these nails which were a filling. But she’ll know who it is when she sees this & feels shame. An upcharge of $5/ for “design”.. I asked for a SIMPLE design & I still didn’t get it… Are these $40 worth of nails? I DON’T THINK SO & I still paid.
