I absolutely love this place. They really do cater to the customer, my mom is disabled and they do a great job of taking care of her when she gets manicures and pedicures. I can’t help but to brag about how good Angie did on my nails this week. I really couldn’t be happier with how I’m always treated whenever I visit there, definitely the best place in Mount Airy to get your nails done in my opinion.

When I called the salon I was told SNS would cost me $35. This was a few days ago, and I subsequently went in and had my nails done. First time I’ve ever been to the salon. Today I looked at my receipt and realized I was charged $40 for SNS, and instead of the $5 add on fee I should have been charged for getting a specific nail shape done, I was charged $10. To be honest, I would call the quality of The service I received mediocre and additionally, my nail tech was much more interested in talking on her phone then she was in doing my nails. Needless to say, I won’t return.

I called and scheduled an appointment and got there 10 min early and had to wait for 20, I told her I wanted gray nails but ended up with black and a mess all over my nails, then I gave them a $100 to break and didn’t leave a tip but she took it out herself and gave me back incorrect change knowingly. They did an okay job but I definitely won’t be going back.

When they were redone I was in love with them. So every time I go I request Vickie and encourage everyone to do the same. She is amazing and so friendly. I can go months without seeing her and she remembers me each time. She asks about my family members I have brought and about how school is going for me.
