My stylist was the absolute best! I followed Mercy on Instagram and knew she did wonderful work. I messaged her on a whim for an appointment the next day. She not only did great consult, she listened to my needs and worries. She stayed well over after salon after hours to complete my hair and she didn’t seem bothered once. I am amazed at the attention to detail, and it is worth every penny. Thank you so much Mercy, and I will for sure be back!

One of the best locations for a hair salon!! I have had my hair done countless of times here and they really listen to your concerns and do the job to make sure your hair comes out perfect. I highly recommend Jackie if you are coming to this location. She took her time and made sure my hair came out exactly how I wanted, did an excellent job! Deffinetly will keep coming to this place! I absolutely love this place, I can’t get over it. Ale is awesome and always is magician with my hair. This time he did a color correction for me (I f-d my hair up again ) and we went to my natural blonde. It looks amazing. He has always taken care of me and I HIGHLY recommend using this salon. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It is super cean and they even have drinks and coffee! I have literally never gotten a haircut or color that didn’t look amazing. And I’ve had my hair messed up a lot. It’s totally worth it go see them they are truly the best!

Esoterica has very good customer service. They really care that you are satisfied with their services. I left unhappy last time, and made the mistake of not saying anything. They had also forgotten to give me the deep conditioning treatment that was included on the group on because it wasn’t booked correctly. They offered for me to come back to get the treatment and blow out with a hot tool (usually $10 upcharge).

This studio rocks on so many different levels. I told them if the high end salons in NYC had a baby with the high end salons in Los Angeles, it would be Esoterica Studios. You get the absolute best of both worlds here and the creativity is outrageous. My first visit in February, Christy did my hair. We spoke before my appointment and I sent her a photo of what I was looking for. I wanted a “Northern Lights” color blend and oh boy did she deliver! (See my profile pic!) I went in with tired red hair halfway down my back. I wanted the red gone after using a mix of both henna and boxed colors through the years. She colored it a gorgeous chocolate brown. From there the colors added were gold, pink, purple, teal and blue. Christy also cut and styled my hair barely below shoulder length with very long layers. This girl worked some major magic. I never received so many compliments on my hair before. I also bought some of the pro shampoo/conditioner/heat protectant as well. Here I am, 6 months later after following all of Christy’s instructions (room temp to cool water wash and rinse) and the colors are just starting to fade. I was told they wouldn’t even last this long but they did. I’ve been back to touch up my roots and Christy did a flawless job. No line of demarkation at all. All the stylists at this salon are wonderful and it was nice to see them all help each other out as well. The few times I’ve been in, everyone is always up beat and positive and that makes the visit so much nicer. If you want a your hair taken care of, this is the studio.
