I am completely sickened. I bought a Groupon from this Caroline and went there in sept. She trimmed my hair which was first part of Groupon purchase. Second part was a body beach wave perm. She told me I’d have to buy olaplex from her and use it for 3 weeks. Again… I have to buy it . So it’s already cost me

She helpd my Groupon hostage until I could come back with more money. She told me I needed a different color on top for bayalage, so I told her to do full highlights and she told me I would still need the color. She put a dark reddish brown on after I paid her an additional $100 which doesn’t make much sense considering my hope was to get rid of the dark roots? She told her complete life story while messing up my hair and I would never get it done again before ever going back to her. Aside from the very dark color she put on the top there was no difference in my hair before and after the appointment. Aside from having even darker outgrowth now.

Caroline was a sweet woman that I enjoyed conversing with however, I would not recommend her for any balayage or customer service. She refused to cut my hair the way I wanted it done and then left my balayage looking like a stripped and spotted dalmatian. It was horrifying. When I simply asked for a partial refund (understanding she did spend time with me and I wanted to make sure she was compensated) she bluntly said NO as it was against her policy. She did offer to redo my hair however, I was not comfortable with her touching my hair again as she thought my hair looked good when she finished. This review is not to discredit or speak poorly of Christine as she was a sweet lady…. it is simply stating facts. Great news is that I did find an incredible stylist at Leidan Mitchell Salon and she turned the botched job into a stunning new style.

Finally found the perfect salon for my daughter and myself. She is knowledgeable and I’ve only been happy with all my current and previous experiences with her. If you’re looking for someone who will work with you and be totally honest about if a certain service is right for you she is the best.

This is a Signature Salon building. There are several hairdressers, nail salons, etc for men and women. 2 story building. I have not been to Caroline’s but I have gone to another salon in the building for years. I have also had my nails done there for years also. All professional people. Clean salons and building. Individual owners that lease spaces.

I have an appointment with her a week in advance. When I got there no body is here, I tried to call so many times, no one response. Which is very unprofessional and unresponsive… I am very mad and sad with all the things happens, it waste my time to get here. Never come this horrible salon, I will give negative score if I can.
