Nice and relaxing waiting area. You can hear the soothing sounds of the flowing water. After a short period waiting time, the lady walked me into the waxing area. She is very accommodating and nice. The service was very good and quick too. Very skillful and friendly. The ambiance was relaxing with calming music. Great price! Highly recommended.

Went to the salon around 6pm on a Thursday night without an appointment. I was the only customer there after a pedicure was completed on someone else. There were only 2 people working and 6 people came in after me a few moments later. The staff did the best they could to juggle between customers… my nails took forever but the end product was nice even after the man tech tried to talk me out of getting SNS to get acrylic powder because it was quicker..One of my nails chipped 2 days after…service wasn’t bad but it was very inconvenient especially with one of my nails chipping.

HORRIBLE! Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. The owner and his wife are just rude. Got a full set here, the polish was horribly done and barely covered the whole nail! Nails lasted a week until they started to pop off. The whole set was so easy to take off with out soaking them in acetone. Came right off with ease! The wife is the worst. She basically shrugged me off when I complained about my service and put her hand out asking for the polish that I had in my hand back with the most sour face! I do not recommend anyone to go here!! Even if it’s a last minute stop you need your nails done bad, do not go here!

It is very convenient to get my nails done here as it is located right next to the grocery store and in close proximity to a beauty store. The staff is very nice, however, they all lack expertise and they don’t really do great work. I get the gel manicures there and they chip and crack only after a few days each time. This never happens when I get them done elsewhere. I’ve gone back to have them fixed and i leave with my nails in worse condition. They also speak very poor English so it is hard to explain your needs and concerns. I’ve had my nails done there about 5 times but I don’t plan on ever returning.

Everybody there knows us however I felt very disrespected today when I came in to get my daughters toes done and while we were getting her toes done they proceeded to talk about how much they were going to charge us in Vietnamese and going back-and-forth on two different prices. Great place! I’ve been going for about 4 years. It’s owned by a sweet couple and they always do a great job. I always get compliments on my nails. I’ve only had a negative experience once with a new lady working there who tried to over charge me and was very rude and unprofessional. Other than that, it’s been a good place to go!

2 stars because the guy who did my toes did a wonderful job. But my nails! Oh my! I asked for an acrylic overlay with gel and they gave me the thickest little chiclets with streaked polish I could’ve ever even imagined. Horrible experience. Never again.
