Received the dip powder 2 weeks ago & 4 of my nails have already chipped on the sides. I normally go to another salon where my nail tech works by appointment only, but I needed a last minute appointment. My dip normally lasts well over a month. The only reason I have to get them redone is because they grow out so fast and my nails get so long, but the dip is still on my nails and not chipped. I don’t know if this place uses a cheaper powder, but I’m not use to the dip chipping, no matter how long it stays on. Probably will not return because of this.

I had the best experience at Escape Nails & Spa! My mom and I booked an appointment for 10 am on a Saturday. As soon as we arrived, our technicians were ready for us and brought us to our pedicure chairs. We were given delicious fruit plates and fruit-flavored water, and had a great pedicure. I then got a gel manicure, which was excellent. Giang took her time cutting my cuticles and filing my nails, yet the entire experience felt fast (which was a positive!). She even gave me a great hand and shoulder massage once my nails were done. The environment of the salon was nice, clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The technicians so far have been SO NICE. I’ve been there several times and they offer so many different options that you WILL find something that you like. From nails to massages to eyelash extensions to pedicures, they truly do have it all and they even serve you fruit and wine! Definitely the place to go if you want to have a me night or a girl’s night. The only thing I would recommend is that the techs all be consistent. While some techs do a good job finalizing and polishing the last look, some techs leave nails slightly “unkempt”. It’s all about the finished product! But will be back!

Sadly yesterday was the last time my wife and I will be to this nail salon. While my experience was amazing my wife’s was not. The gentleman she had never spoke and rushed her whole experience. He only did one coat of polish on her toes and even that looks horrible. For the amount of money you spend you would expect better service and a higher quality. They have not always been this way just seems like over the past few months the service has been going down more and more.

I have been a loyal customer at this salon for more than 4 years and I have never experienced such poor customer service and treatment. I brought my best friend with me today after convincing her to give my salon a try and I am truly embarrassed. We came in at 10am with pictures of French manicures and both stylists said it was “easy to do”. Both pictures showed a pink base which neither stylist put on our nails. We could see our actual gagged nail underneath the acrylic nail. My French tip wasn’t cleaned up and left uneven and not even complete. We left unhappy at 1230pm, we felt rushed out and not comfortable saying anything. We returned back at the salon at 1pm and explained the issues. The front desk woman made us feel horrible for returning and asking for them to be fixed. After tip both of our nails costed over $90 each. After my nails were fixed, we then sat there for 2 hours and 25 minutes for my friends nails to be fixed. Her stylist was rude and pushy with her hands and made her extremely uncomfortable. After 4 years of being a customer at this salon, I will no longer be returning.

I have been going here for the past 2 years and this is usually my go to salon. The past 2 times have not been good unfortunately. Yesterday I got a pedicure I was excited because I have not gotten one in a while. I paid $65 and my heels and toes looks like they haven’t been touched the massage was non existent. I think the tech was new? My daughter got acrylics and 2 of her nails are crooked, they are thick and way too long for a 12 year old. Disappointed because I love the environment here. It’s always clean which is why I keep coming back but for the price and what I’ve gotten recently it may be time to move on

Very pretty inside and nice staff. Manicure was good although a bit pricey. Fruit plate and infused water was such a nice touch. The only thing I didn’t love was the manicure tables being so tightly packed together.

I’m extremely upset with the pedicure I received which was supposed to be for my birthday. They made me wait almost an hour then rushed through my pedicure. I’ve gotten this type of pedicure before at other salons and they take their time and do more than just a quick scrub and rush to paint your nails. When I tried to tell them how unhappy I was with the service and how that was not worth $50 if I could come back and get them redone they were so rude and started yelling at me saying if you don’t like our service dont
