DO NOT LET LISA DO YOUR NAILS!! the rest of the staff seemed fine, but I am NOT HAPPY! She did not do a good job on painting or filing. Absolutely fantastic establishment! The staff is kind and professional and the prices are very reasonable. I come here all the time and I refer everyone to this business- they are absolutely the top in the area and I always have Simon do my pedicures as he understands all of my issues with my feet as I am usually on them for about 16 hours a day due to working in the medical field. I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works here!!!

Not very happy with my visit. I came in asking for a nude gel manicure. Right away the lady begins to push French tips. I say no thank you and she continues to prepare my nails. She did not give me any colors to look at until after she prepared my nails and then she sat waiting while I selected my color, making the process feel rushed to me. I pick a very light pink to which she made a face and said “so pale.” After she applied the color on one nail she said it will look too blurry and asked if I was sure I wanted this. The color did look patchy and I asked if a second layer will help. She said no because the color itself is too light. She takes out the colors again and begins to tell me I should pick a glittery option. According to her the glittery and bright colors look nice but the nude ones don’t end up with a solid color. I tell her those colors are a bit too much. She shrugs and says the nudes are all too light and look “blurry” but she points to two darker nudes and says those two would be okay. I pick one of the options she chose and she begins applying that color. Throughout the process she would mumble and shake her head, “why pick this color” and other such comments. She applied multiple coats and the patchiness is not visible but the color itself is too orange compared to what I was wanting. I wish I had stuck with my first option, after a few coats I am sure there would not have been any patchiness. At the end she again “explained” that because no one does nude those colors “fade.” I felt uncomfortable and did not enjoy my visit at all.

I love this place. It’s very pleasant with soothing music and a relaxing atmosphere. Julie was my tech and she was very gentle. I’ve been to spas that were harsh and sometimes made me bleed. I highly recommend Escape Nail Spa! Manicure, Pedicure

Pedicure was fine. Service was terrible, had to pick polish in a few seconds prior to sitting down. Very rushed. During pedicure went with a friend & could hardly carry on a conversation for the loud conversation between the 2 employees doing the pedicures. Left for nails to dry while they took care of other customers but NO ONE ever came back for us to tell us what to do so we got up put on our shoes & went to front desk to pay. Not a good relaxing experience at all.

Just the worst experience I’ve ever had, from the moment I entered to when I left. In fact as I’m trying to leave an electronic custom tip (instead of the usual 15% etc) the concierge (if you can call him that) told me to “hurry up.” The pedicure itself was the most lackluster experience ever. It appears she was tired. Or maybe they just don’t care for black people.

Although I have been to this location before, this was the best!! The bet manicure and pedicure ever, by Hannah. I highly recommend her to all and she definitely will always be the one I request. This is not to say the other technicians are not experts… They are! But for my own personal satisfaction, I felt she put forth that extra effort to make me feel special.
