The receptionist was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned that I got good service. However, the facial was just a facial. I discovered skin flaking on my face afterward and it wasn’t a chemical peel. My face didn’t feel moisturized or smooth after. The massage was not good. I told the front desk of my issues and they gave me a small deduction on my rate but not enough to make up for the lack of correctly done service. Just seems like there is a lack in the service performance at the facility.

Horrible. My masseuse Micheal, placed warm towels on my shoulders and left the room. After laying there for quite some time , the towels were very cold , Michael never came back so I dressed to leave without leaving a tip and will not be going back ever. I had scheduled an appointment with a therapist of my choice in advance. I had arrived there on time for my appointment and was told that my therapist had canceled! Without letting me know in advance they were pressuring me to see another therapist!. Very disappointed because they had waisted my time to drive all the way over and not be able to see the therapist of my choice!. They staff is very rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful!. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
