Dr. Woodruff and her nurse were Absolutely Wonderful! I felt like I Truly had two beautiful ladies that made me feel welcome and cared enough to help me figure out what is wrong with my skin! I felt very Blessed to have them choose me as their patient. They were very detailed and understanding about what they were doing, along with hot were starting and putting a game plan together until this condition gets figured out. The doctors and nursing staff are amazing. And the check in and out staff are usually great. This time however is a lot different the lady at the front desk was so rude about owed money and not just to myself but to patients before me because everyone in the lobby can hear everyone’s business which is not a good thing either. I just think this could be handled a lot more discretely. Not everyone needs to know everyone’s business.

My only complaint was when I was checking out and paying my bill, I asked them if I owed anything else moving forward. 2 weeks later, I get another bill in the mail. I feel like they should at least have said something or gave a heads up.

I had insurance but I found out later the price for any procedure goes up if you have insurance. And then if your insurance declines to pay you’ll be billed outrageous prices for their already completed services. Great job!
