Critical: ProfessionalismTheir removal process is brutal!! Went in this morning to get a soak off nail removal and their method of removal was to cut my long acrylic tips off with nail clippers then taking a new nail tip from the box sliding it between my acrylic and my real nail then ripping them off!! I told him he was hurting me but after some “ouch ouch almost done, stop moving and big sighs because I was complaining” I left with a couple of cracked nails right down the middle, a bloody ring finger and another bloody nail that was caught on the acrylic tip while he ripped them off in so much pain now hours later.Their removal process is brutal!! Went in this morning to get a soak off nail removal and their method of removal was to cut my long acrylic tips off with nail clippers then taking a new nail tip from the box sliding it between my acrylic and my real nail then ripping them off!! No complaints. Only place that I found to be open on Sunday. Took me as a walk-in. I got a basic gel mani-pedi. Lou or Luke (?) started on my pedicure. He was very gentle and thorough. Rose started to take the polish off my fingers, but she nicked my skin on 3 fingers, so I requested the man who was doing my pedicure to also do my manicure. Very reasonably priced, $71 for everything. Overall cleanliness 3/5.

They try hard but they use really cheap nail polish so the gel manicure I had lasted less than a week which is unheard of. Usually my gel manicure lasts a month! Do no recommend until they get a better nail polish line. Manicure

We didn’t have to wait at all, which was nice! Overall, I was dissatisfied with my experience because it felt very rushed and they didn’t do a good job with my French tip manicure. I’m not picky about services, but my nails were done really sloppily. It definitely wasn’t a bad experience considering how kind the staff was. If you weigh the price against the service, though, I would advise you to go somewhere else.
