I have been going to them for some time only because I don’t want to travel to get my nails done. But today was the last time I’m going there. I called yesterday for an appointment and I got one for 12pm today. I arrived at 11:45 am for my appointment at 12 pm. I was still sitting there at 12:30 pm they never said I’m sorry we are running a little behind we will be with you as soon as we can. Nothing!!! I finally have had enough. This is not the first time this has happened. I know some times you have to wait. But these folks take walk ins right in front of the folks that have appointments.

Wait time with an appointment was a bit long, but it was worth it! The price for my fill and a broken nail was Great! I feel like the gel polish on my little girl could have been less inexpensive considering that a manicure is $20-$25.

I wish there was someone near me in New Mexico that did the nails like the gentleman here in Ephrata. Last year during a camping trip is soap Lake he did my acrylic nails and they were the best that I have had in 20 years. Visiting the daughter again this year we went to Soap Lake and I was so excited to go back and have him do my nails again. I tried to explain it to other nail techs how he did that and how much stronger and how much longer they last. Of course, they poo poo it’s saying that the way they do it is the best. His work is just fantastic! His wife did a great design. New set Plus design was design was just $37.

Very rude. I am done going here. Went in for a simple eyebrow wax (had an appointment) waited an hour. The lady acted so annoyed that she had to do this, as she was waxing she ended up doing my full face even though I said only eyebrows. The entire time she was grabbing my face forcefully turning my head side to side. When I got home I looked in the mirror and i had un even tape lines on my cheeks and my forehead and had blood all over. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Very friendly, nice, I went it to get the deluxe pedicure. The hot rocks and the leg massage was so great. I run around barefoot through the summer and I had a crack on my foot very sore. Now my feet are fantastic.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady I had got acrylic all over my fingers. I got black and white powder and she told me it would be wash off like 3 times and got annoyed at me for asking because it wasn’t coming off. My nails looked absolutely horrible like a child did them there was black and white all over my fingers. Went back and complained after I washed my hands several times and it was not coming off and the man fixed them a little better but had to use the file to file the acrylic off my skin!!! And the lady who lied to me and told me it would wash off kept glaring at me. This place deserves 0 stars unfortunately. Also, they charged me $5 more for matte black op coat and their Matte was clumpy and looked atrocious. They had to redo it with normal shiny top coat when they were filing my skin off to get the black acrylic off me. The lady I had got acrylic all over my fingers. I got black and white powder and she told me it would be wash off like 3 times and got annoyed at me for asking because it wasn’t coming off. My friend came with me and we sat and waited for almost 2 hours before I could get my nails done. When the guy was filing the acrylic on one of my fingers, he filed it so hard and fast it made my finger bleed and he didn’t say or do anything about it. I don’t usually get my nails done at a salon, I usually just paint them myself. But last time I got them done, I wanted a full acrylic set. My friend came with me and we sat and waited for almost 2 hours before I could get my nails done.
