Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have to agree with the review by rachel crosson. Sammie, the owner is a nasty, rude woman. She does a decent job but her attitude is very bad. She told me on one visit “I don’t care how you want you hair done!” and walked off in a huff. I put it off to her having a bad day and tried to make an appointment on another occasion and she said she would have to call me back later to schedule my appointment because she was with a client and never called me back, just blowing me off.
