I will never ever go to this nail salon ever again. I went a few months ago and my nails broke 4 days later. The owner charged me $100 for a full set and pedicure. When my nail broke clean off she charged me again to have it fixed. I went today for a full set and she charged me $52 and my nails are completely messy. I cried. I will never ever go back to these people. Worst nail salon in queens I’ve experienced. I have acrylic over my cuticles. I’m peeling monomer off of my skin and the shape isn’t what I wanted either. I asked for square and sharp. She put so much gel polish on that my nails are dull and rounded. I’m so upset and can’t get my money back.

They are good at basic nails…but if your looking for up to date designs they are not it…they try to recreate pictures but they are all older ladies so its not happening. They are nice and prices aren’t bad.

Yolanda gives the best pedicure I’m telling you that you won’t regret it. I usually have the lady on the left side do my nails she’s really good at what she does.. Also once you get to know these ppl they are like family.. Environment is very clean

Apparently they’re doing so well they don’t need your money. At least that’s how they made me feel. I walked in ungreeted and with zero feelings of warmth and welcoming. I received a mani pedi. Pedicure was good but the woman who did my manicure seemed like she could care less. Don’t know her name but she’s an older Asian woman. She made me feel like I was a nuisance and did a rush job on my nails. They look blotchy, like I tried to do them myself. Service was beyond poor and not worth the $30 I spent. I won’t be returning here.

The owner is very unprofessional and rude. I specifically asked her to do my nails because from prior experiences I didn’t like how the others have done them. She insisted I let one of her girls do my pedicure. I then asked her to match a color for me which ended up being wrong so the girl redid them. It came out HORRIBLE. As if I’ve done them myself. When I called to explain she told me come whenever I want but nobody is fixing my nails because they already repainted them and hung up on me. I have never in my life had a professional nail tech refuse to redo a bad job. They look so bad I should’ve went back and put my foot on the table and showed her how it looked but I took the high road and decided to never return.

My mom, sis in law and aunty all come here for fill ins, pedi etc. Niay is the best super sweet and very gentle. The pedi ladies are also really good here. I been coming here since they open and they pretty much know me and my whole family at this point down to the grandkids. We absolutely love it here! Its also a plus since it’s walking distance from my home.5 stars all across the board.

Waited 45 minutes to get a pedicure (1) customer before me when I walked in remember when this place was first open the owner was nice ,but know she would let anyone do my nails and pedicure .this will be my last time owner doesn’t care about her first timers..
