they said they’d take me and gave me a choice to take a darker hair extension then I wanted or to dye some blonde ones. I wasn’t told if I chose to get them dyed it would cost an extra 50 dollars which is extremely naughty and not ok. So after The hair was dyed they decided to tell me that because I chose to have it dyed(under their mistake of the wrong date) it would be an extra 50 dollars which is disgusting behaviour to not tell me beforehand. On top of that I was told the hair would cost 100 dollars. It ended up at 200 dollars. 50 from their clever schemed plan to get me to dye the hair extensions. The other 50 I have no idea where that came from. It’s been 6 washes, my hair is now white. Pure white. I’ve dyed brown hair before not even blond. And it has lasted more then 6 washes. This is absolutely atrocious. As beautiful as this place looks, it’s a con for your money. Do not go. Find somewhere better and cheaper where you will get the hair appointment you chose on the right day. Tried calling to get a part refund and was told they’d call me back. They never did because I think they knew what they did

This is the perfect one stop shop for all my salon & spa needs! I spend a ton of time here and am always treated with the utmost respect in such a beautiful and relaxing environment. I get blonde highlights, extensions, body waxing, teeth whitening, permanent make up, and massages at this salon. My hair is always exactly how I ask for it to be. My permanent make up is perfect and was absolutely painless.

I am very unhappy with my experience. The stylist was very sweet and kind, however I did not get the results I wanted. She cut several inches off without asking. I had been working on growing my hair out and loved the current length. It was the color that I went to the solon for. I wanted highlights. The color turned out ok, but I do not have the highlight framing the front. I look washed out This was the only time I have ever gone to have my hair done that I was not complimented on it by friends and family. I was charged almost $300. I had no idea the would have been that much. The cost should be discussed when it is so much. I went home and cried not only for how bad it looked, but because I could not afford to pay that amount. Even today a co-worker started suggesting things I needed to do. No one thinks it looks good. I am just so unhappy and when your own children can’t come up with a positive thing to say you know it really is bad. My oldest daughter offered to pay for me to go somewhere else. I reached out to the salon and did not hear back. It will take me a year regain the amount that was cut off.

Courtney did my hair perfect!! Exactly what I asked for!! Bobbi was also amazing and got me in for a wax super last minute! This salon is super cute and they are very clean, as well as professional. I would 10/10 recommend. Also in the heart of DT Brunswick!
