I’ve always gone to Mina the hairstylist for as long as I can remember. I wanted to clarify the bad reviews about previous eyebrow threading was in the PAST with DIFFERENT WORKERS. NOW, it’s only a private salon owned and worked by one hairstylist and she is so amazing. I’ve never seen someone work the way Mina does. I love her and will come back for as long as I can 🙂

Okay it’s time for me to make a review. I’ve been going here for a while now and each time I leave more and more disappointed. The first time I went my brows looked amazing (still don’t know who did them) but after that one time my eyebrows have not looked good at all.

The hair dresser NINA in this Salon is an unprofessional, rude, and sleazy woman. She accused me of giving her a bad review online when I actually never attempted to review her and I have always went along with whatever service she provided me because I hate to look for new dressers. She confronted me by texting me on my personal phone number and accused me of writing a bad review on her. Well, guess what, I am now giving her a bad review for being rude and unprofessional and calling people at their homes projecting her problems. Despite my explanations that I am clueless about what she’s talking, with her language barrier issues she hung up on me. Her work is mediocre and she always prays on clients privacy. Btw I am writing this review as people should know who they are dealing with.

Anita (I think that’s her name ) who works there is unlicensed and she ripped off part of my upper lip skin leaving a scar. I went and showed her my scab and she didn’t even apologize she said it was my fault for letting her wax my upper lip because she was unlicensed which wasn’t my fault because the workers there are required to have one while she didn’t. It was the worst waxing experience of my life and I now have a hideous scar because of her fault. She never said she wasn’t licensed for waxing but still went through with it which is ridiculous.

I really liked getting my hair done by Reva. She was so nice and listened to what I wanted done. I told her how much I enjoyed getting my hair wash and massages so she took extra time on my head. She even used a vibrating massage device that was so relaxing.
