Custom facial with dermaplane
Dermaplaning is a safe, non-invasive procedure that removes dead skin and peach fuzz from the face. The results are similar to microdermabrasion in that this form of physical exfoliation leaves the skin smoother, brighter, and balanced. The skin is prepped by cleansing and steaming before the dermaplane procedure is performed. A cooling, soothing mask is applied and high-frequency electrotherapy treatment is performed. Embody Health and Wellness also has massage, facials, products, and more, it has a nice spa feel to it. Jayne is very sweet, I had a really nice time with great lash results!

I have been to several massage places around Columbus and this is my favorite. They are able to personalize your experience, never do a hard sell on a membership (like some places that make you feel super uncomfortable for declining) and are always respectful and pleasant. I have had all treatments with Sharon and I really enjoy her – she is super nice, passionate about what she does and alters her approach based on what you want from the massage (pressure amount, music, heat, talking/silence, etc.). They also helped me arrange some massages for a friend going through some tough times and Sharon personally made a note so that she would take her as her client and avoid certain triggering conversation topics. Was so much more comfortable having them take care of my friend and give her some time and space to just restore than a larger chain. Forever grateful to Sharon for how she did that!

From beginning to end the experience at embody is amazing. I have had the pleasure of having multiple services at the salon and everyone is wonderful. I have brought my mother, my best friend, and my little sister all into the salon because I love it so much! Sharon the licensed massage therapist is beyond amazing she has done wonders for myself and my mom. Steven the licensed nail technician is amazing and their products are the best I have ever experienced. I found embody last year and they officially have a lifelong customer with me! I highly recommend them for everything from yoga to mani and pedis and massages. You can’t go wrong at embody!!!
