I will not be going back…. today made my second visit and my nail tech told me the other nail tech was talking about how my nails were so small and thin then stated it was a hard job to do .I started to get up but I wanted my nails done so I stayed but I definitely won’t be back to this location…..and I know from this picture my nail tech will remember me . I will never go back to this location I felt very uncomfortable knowing I was being talked about .

I had a manicure and a pedicure done today. The pedicure was ok, but the nail tech scrubbed my heel so hard it started bleeding. I asked for a regular manicure and the man proceeded to paint my nails with gel polish and then told me to put them under the fan. Of course the nails did not dry. I went to my car and looked and the polish was a gooey mess, so I went back in and asked him to take it off. I then asked for a refund because I knew he did wrong. He told me that he was not going to give me a refund. To top it off he made me pay before he even started on the manicure. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

Charged me $70 for something i didnt even ask for. Asked for marble, she suggested ombre on some nails but did it on all of them. The gold flakes were a cute add on but i feel like it was to cover the missing marble. I’m usually one to never speak up but i had to several times or i wouldve left looking like a mess. I will never ever be back to this establishment. The guy who did my pedicure was extremely rude and unprofessional. I informed him that the water was too hot and asked very nicely if he could add some cold water, and he proceeds to look at his coworker, speak in his native language and then has a nerve to shake his head?!? My pedicure in and of itself lasted a total of 10 minutes which included cutting my toe nails down, filing and slapping lotion on for $36! Then he starts to do my nails and I ask him to change the shape of my nails, he never informs me that this is an extra charge apparently. The whole entire time he worked on my nails he never gives me eye contact and he never speaks to me directly, instead he uses his fingers to bang the table I assume in attempt to switch hands. I ask him to add a diamond to both ring fingers and he literally puts one small little diamond on both. I assumed he would know to add more but that was not the case until I told him. He basically could care less about what I wanted. At the register my total bill was $91!!!! How??!?! For a pedicure, fill in, and 6 little diamonds?!!! I also made an appointment and still had to wait at least 30 minutes before being seated. First time going to this place and it will be my last! I have never ever been treated so horrible at a nail salon. This place is horrible!!! Run as fast as you can!

I’ve tried this location several times and after my experience today I will not be returning. I received what was supposed to be a pedicure and it was a very rushed job. The nail tech didn’t do any of what I asked for. The polish wasn’t done right, which resulted in my having to come back after noticing a chunk of polish was missing on several toes. I WILL not be returning, nor will I tell anyone I know to come here. Horrible experience!

It’s hard to find a place that takes their time and pays attention to the details when getting a pedicure (especially for a guy). They did a great job and the ambiance is better than most other nail salons in the area. My technician was very friendly, attentive, and did a great job. We’ll definitely be back!

My first time experience in this place with Shawn was GREAT untill 3 days later 2 of my nails started chipping off i went back to get it fixed again, but 2 days later the middle nail broke. I honestly can tell you it is NOT Shawn’s fault. He does an EXCELLENT JOB! I LOVE IT! But, I truely believe this place uses one of the Cheapest product. And i also have a complain about this place always having flies every where especially while waiting on the seats, its so annoying how lots of flies surrounds the area.

I walk in and asked for an acrílic set with a regular shape but round the edges since I have a baby, they did an awful job before polish I complain that some nails where thick and some looked uneven and crocked, the manager tried to fix them but before fixing them they asked for a payment $30 and I said ok I’ll pay he said he will fix them. Then he attempted to do a coffin shape but my nails are no where a coffin shape. Once he “fixed” I didn’t even let them paint my nails. I felt awfully bad my nails didn’t looked fixed and I had to put a clear nail polish at home not call attention to this ugly nail job!!!!!!! But hey they made me paid before “fixing to my satisfaction “ . Don’t go there. My sister in law went with me and she got an awful job too. She will review and post images Too!!!
