I’ve been a loyal customer here at EM. I was always seeing Maddie. After the owner change I will not be returning. My nails got filed far down as possible. That the color i picked didn’t even match the polish and I showed her that it was no where close to it. I got “It needs 2 coats…..” …… It wasn’t even the color, they add stuff to the gel polishes! The very easy and simple design I picked was no where close to what I picked…. I’ve NEVER had any service like this there from the 100’s of times i’ve been there.

199% AMAZING!! Charlie my tech was pure GOLD! I’ve gone 3 times and not 1 nail has come off, he goes above and beyond and the atmosphere GORGEOUS, looks like you’re in a cherry blossom forest. Everyone is so nice and they deserve all the success they get!

I got the Hailey Bieber nails, they did really well. Took a little longer and was a bit pricey, but it’s a spa. I don’t mind if I bleed a bit. It don’t phase me. I always got my nails done and my cuticles always bleed. I’m so in love tho. I needed my brows waxed too and they did really good. I feel bad bc they didn’t except tips on card. But that’s very odd

I have finally found my holy grail nail spa. Tuan is the best nail tech, he slays literally every design I request. Shape and design is always perfect. The salon is pristine and the staff is professional and fun. Every time I get my nails done is my best day ever!!! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Used to go here all the time to get my nails done, and now I more than likely won’t go back. Tech was VERY rough. Cuticles ragged and sore. Clumps of acrylic was left of my skin to dry. Massive clumps of nail polish left to dry so my nails are bumpy. Did a horrible job filing the acrylic down. Got fingertip length square acrylics and was charged for “extra length”. Absolutely ridiculous how the quality of work has gone down the drain.

Terrible experience, I took my girlfriend to get her nail replaced and her mom beforehand called the place and asked if there was going to be a charge, the lady said NO, so I ended up driving over there and we ended up sitting down waiting so I ask again if there was gonna be a charge, she said no and I said okay thanks. LATER ON AFTER THE SERVICE THEY ASKED FOR a $10 CHARGE? very unprofessional, I don’t go here personally but the product they put on my girlfriends nails ruined her nails for months and months, no, I don’t think that’s normal, DONT COME HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND OVERPRICED, RUDE STAFF

Horrible experience. My sister and I had appointments here today and I didn’t know how good I actually am at doing my own nails until I came here. If the results we got are professional + pretty – well then put me in business! My nails have multiple bubbles, the nail color is terribly uneven, and I have little hair pieces in my nails I physically saw the technician notice and then paint over it anyway . I have social anxiety so I just paid anyway and they tried to charge me $60????!!?!? Bold. The technician never let me know an upcharge or price for ANYTHING. I ended up paying $43…. because my sister had already paid a deposit which they tried to deny…? Absolutely ridiculous and I was done with the whole mess. My sister had her nails cut shorter than she wanted, the technician didn’t give her the color she wanted and offered another color which we LATER realized was also an upcharge (he never let her know pricing or any up charges either), and she had wanted 1-2 flowers on each hand which he did not do and when she reminded him that’s what she wanted he was so reluctant she just skipped it so we could leave. Yes, their page has pricing and we set appointments according to pricing but that seemed to get lost during the appointment and at time for payment. The receptionist was quite snappy – apparently she was having trouble with the computer system and couldn’t be nice at the same time. She was wearing her glasses so she could clearly see our unhappiness with the situation but she must’ve had other priorities. I have pictures for anyone interested

My tech kept trying to talk me into services I didn’t want. She was VERY rough. Burning associated with too much pressure on nails. Using the electric filer on my cuticle left them ragged and sore. Them to be charged 3.00 for filing my nails is outrageous . THis should absolutely be included inthe price of a fill.Luckily I don’t live here. I won’t be back.
