I got my eyebrows done today at around 12:00pm. My eyebrows were butchered, I have thick full nicely shaped eyebrows. She thinned them out too much. In between my eyebrows, they are shaped differently. One is higher then the other. I have been going here for years. I drove from Beecher Il, like 45 min to go there. At the end of it all I found out the lady was new, she should be supervised while she is doing eyebrows, also she should not doing eyebrows if she isn’t trained. I seriously wanted to cry. The more I look at them the more upset I get. I just paid my $9 and left after I told them how unhappy I was.

I have been coming to EM lash studio for 10 years ever since they opened. Everybody who works there is very nice.Mag has been doing most of my waxing for years. She is very proffesional, nice and truly cares about her customers and treats them with respect. She is also a perfectionist. Making sure that her customers and happy and satisfied when they leave. She is also funny and has a great personallity. Will keep coming to EM lash studio. Highly recommended!
