Scheduled an appointment for 11 am with Paulina to have it pushed back until 11:30 which I didn’t mind. The fact that I moved my appointment back for them and still waited 30 more minutes before I asked for a refund. No message or call stating they would be late until I asked for my deposit back. Very unprofessional I would’ve been more understanding if I would’ve received a message or call before waiting 30 minutes to just get sent home with no service. Mind you I booked April 12th.

I was serviced by Buttafingers. I was not at all thrilled. She uses WAY TOO MUCH acrylic on nails. My fingers are small and the acrylic was fat. Made my nails look bulky. Did not even design them or nothing. Learning experience for me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this nail tech. Sorry not sorry. Manicure

Bonni is the most unprofessional nail artist I’ve ever done business with. Go to Scottsdale or Biltmore for a more professional and less ghetto vibe. Now wonder she doesn’t take card because her services are less than subpar. I wish I could give negative stars. Don’t waste a deposit here because your nails will only last a few days before you start having issues that she will not own up to fixing. Either her drill doesn’t work, the pedi chair doesn’t turn on, her polish is a bad, or her gel lights are bad but it’s never her fault! Not to mention she stays on facetime talking to her many kids and husband who I guess doesn’t work.

I have been coming to Fly Girls to get my hair done for years!! Every stylist that I have come in contact with there was always professional, on time and extremely skilled. The shop is always clean and they always make me feel like family when I come. They are a full service celebrity salon/spa that is BLACK OWNED and continuously growing and elevating!! I love it there!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWould highly recommend NOT going to this place . I scheduled an appt for a silk press and trim with a lady name Gina . I have 4c texture hair and although the style itself looked cute . She applied WAY to much heat to my hair leaving my hair completely damaged and not wanting to go back to its natural texture. Some parts of my hair will curl back up others are just completely straight strand . & when I called to see if the could do anything to fix my hair the only solution the lady gave me was cutting the straight strands and that heat is a chemical so I was putting myself at my own risk with getting my hair done . Now I’m going to have to cut my hair again after i just cut it all off two years ago and it’s been growing back health . Now its damaged . Again would not reccomend this place there unprofessional highly priced and will damage ur hair.Would highly recommend NOT going to this place . She is very patient and does an amazing job. Si is also great at facials and giving skincare advice. She also does a great job on eyebrows. I was going to leave a great review but now can’t.. I went to get my nails done because I was going out of town. I did love how the accommodated me because another girl had cancelled on me last min. Cool… I walk into the salon.. no one greeted me, say hey how you doing, what services are you here for.. nothing.. idc if they was closed if you allowing people to come into your establishment.. your still open so you should act accordingly. so I just take a seat. About 10min go by. Nail tech says oh, are you here for nails. I said yes. I waited like a hour I get in the chair tell her the shape I want and style. End of it she tells me it will be $85 when she barely did the design I asked for. I wish I would of known up front but it’s cool she got me In last minute so maybe that was why .. BUT THEY WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Haley I believe that was the women who did my hair ! If I could I would give it a zero I came to get a haircut and my hair colored burgundy mind you altogether I paid $100 the $20 haircut I did not mind paying the stylist took about an inch off my hair my hair is pretty short now it’s about 6 inches long I had scheduled to come back the very next day to get it died burgundy and the lady charge me $80 which I didn’t mind paying since I didn’t want my hair to be healthy and not damage mind you my hair is already light brown and placing Burgundy on top was simple the stylist did not need to lighten or put bleach on my hair to do so . I was happy with the color until she placed hairspray and a very hot curling iron on my hair when I walked out I do remember filling my hair and having it burnt at the end but I had just thought it was the hairspray I took a shower about a day later and noticed my hair was fried at the end of my hair so I called the place to have the stylist give me a call so that I could go back in and get it trimmed off a week or two went by and I did not receive a phone call not only was the service there unfriendly when I first walked in the shop …while I was getting my hair done the lady was very unfriendly and did try to have a conversation with me….. do not come here unless you want to have bad customer service on top of the being over charged for your hair to be colored
