Best hair cut I’ve ever gotten at E&M. I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted and Loretta did an amazing job giving me exactly the haircut I was looking for that kept the style while still looking professional. Loretta and the whole team there are awesome to hang out with. Will be coming back to Big Rapids for this haircut!

I had my hair done today by saige and she did exactly what I asked. I didn’t want yellow tone and even tho my hair is darker she nailed the beautiful blonde tone. Also Alexandria did my 13 yr old daughters hair cut and highlights as well and she loves it. My son had his hair cut and it’s very cute. Love this place all around and highly recommend.

The service at E&M Hair is unparalleled. Although I live in Boston, I continue to get my hair done at E&M because it truly is THAT exceptional. Loretta is a FANTASTIC stylist. I have been going to her for almost ten years, and she never fails to nail the exact look I was after. Five stars does not do Loretta or her salon justice. I would give it a 6/5 if I could!
