UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Came here for the first time and very impressed. Customer service was amazing! They even offered my boyfriend and I some water. One thing that I noticed is that they use BRAND NEW PRODUCTS such as cuticle cutter still in packaging. Which you don’t see most salons using new products. It’s very sanitary here. Loved how Ms.Tina did my acrylic toes and the other lady was great with my pedi! My boyfriend got a pedi and mani and he loved his experience here as well!

Finally a decent nail establishment in Ellenwood. I have been to 3 before landing in this place. Clean, respectful, & excellent customer service. They provide the services you request, not what they want you to have. Good quality products and lots of services offered besides nail care. They don’t even deserve a half star . BEWARE !!! BEWARE !!! BEWARE !! I visit This salon today at 1:15 pm for a fill in on a set I got from them two weeks prior . The nail tech assigned to me at station 4 usually like a floor manager but when salon busy I see she steps in . don’t know there real names in this saloN. #4 she is older lady . She ran the drill machine too fast and damaged my pinky finger nail taking off gel polish. The drill bit literally ripped my skin and nail bed. My finger poured out blood and all she did was apply a bandaid to my finger. Literally while all the dust was still on my hands and in my bloody finger. Then tried to continue the nails while I told her stop I was in pain. I was furious. She said sorry. I asked for a a manager and they basically told me it was no one I could talk to. I will need to visit a doctor as I dnt want infection to set in my finger . I literally can’t believe this happened before my event . I will be filing a formal complaint with the board!. I’ve been hurt here before . I chucked it up as a mistake but this time I can’t. I’ve spebt too much money w/ this business . No one showed me any empathy for being hurt. Once the tech hurt me she began to speak to the other in the salon in there language . And I got up and left! And I also want to complain that they guess prices based on how a customer looks if they will charge more or less. I’m a very routine person get the same service every time just different colors . Same length and all. In my last three visit I’ve paid a different price each time and the only real reason I had to come here is because I was super pressed for time n this is closest to me . Didn’t think it would end up like this smh . GET YOUR NAILS DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!

My 1st time back in a while, and I believe under new mgt., all went well. Called during the week made an appt. for same day in the afternoon for a mani-pedi. Several customers and I just requested 1st avail & taken upon arrival. Nice job!
