OMG, I’m a laid back easy going guy nothing really bothers me except a haircut that’s this bad. I was there at 9:00 with a appointment and haven’t been here in over a year and I will never go back again just look at the pictures. The hard part is crooked and wide as my finger. Rosie did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted, followed the pictures I showed, gave me realistic expectations, and kept checking in to make sure I liked how it was turning out. She used techniques I hadn’t personally seen others use before that made it turn out really well. I could tell she’s very experienced. This was my first time at Floyd’s, and I will absolutely be back to have Rosie cut my hair next time

Fantastic service. My stylist was polite and very patient with me despite how annoying I was with my commitment to hair/beard length. I reserved my appointment online, was able to specifically choose who I wanted (James) and got my hair cut exactly the way I wanted plus had a very enjoyable conversation with him. I’m a woman and I know that most women go to get their hair cut at hair salons but I’m happy with Floyd’s and will be back. I don’t care if it’s a barbershop bc I know that I have always been treated very well each visit.

Wasn’t happy with many of the chains haircut shops as it always felt like like being in the military. In and out, haircut might looks good for a couple of days. Tried Floyd’s 99, booked online, when I arrived no wait time, hairstylist had to use a picture I showed to cut my hair. Three weeks later and still no complain. Overall good experience. Hence, I give it 5 stars based on the one time experience.

Staff is friendly and I have gone here multiple times, after my most recent visit ended with my hair being longer on one side and my hair MUCH shorter than asked for on the other, I had to go to another shop right after just to get it fixed. The barber was shocked when I told him I just had it cut. Absolutely worst haircut I’ve ever had and will not be returning. All it takes is one Terrible haircut to lose a loyal customer. Two stars because some people there DO know how to cut hair very nicely, so nothing against the majority.

Unless you’re going for a military style hair cut don’t come here. I asked the lady to trim off half an inch on top a mid fade with a two down low. Instead she took the 5 inches I had on top down to 2 inches and finish it up with a jar head looking high fade. All that progress on getting my hair the length I wanted. Don’t let them spin the chair away from the mirror to where you can’t see what it is that they are doing.
