So my sister and I both get massages regularly. The two of us have different bodywork, but she gave both of us our very own perfect massage. Elizabeth is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, that made me feel comfortable and out of mind. She also asked me questions afterwards to improve next time, and I had nothing come to mind. It was perfect and my sister and I are never going anywhere else for a massage.

Elizabeth, is absolutely amazing. I have gotten many massages in my day. She is the best. I try different people every so often just because of groupon deals or people give me massage as gifts. However they NEVER do as good as Elizabeth does. She always does exactly what i want, and if for some reason she didnt, with her personality, you will feel completely comfortable letting her know what you need and like. I have received dozens of massages over the last twenty years and Elizabeth Forest far exceeds any other therapists I have worked with! While many massage therapist superficially go over each area, Elizabeth takes the time to actually work out each problem area (neck, shoulders, back) and work knots out. Always with communication, she applies enough pressure to make a huge difference that lasts! She is excellent in increasing the circulation in my legs and feet, and has great technique in relieving tension in my wrists and hands. Each time Elizabeth asks before and after what she could do to improve your experience. Amazing

I have been getting massages with Elizabeth since at least 2005. She is so intuitive and really takes the time to make sure her client is getting what they need. Always aware of placement and pressure, she just seems to know right where it hurts and what to do about it. I’ve always loved getting a nice massage from Elizabeth.
