Call Luxe 21 at Elite Suites for the best service you’ve ever had. Grace is hands dow the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. If you’re wanting something that isn’t possible, she will tell you the truth. Some stylists will tell you what you want to hear just to get your business, but not Grace. That’s an admirable quality and a lot more stylists need to follow suit. She does my color, lashes, and extensions. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair or lashes. She is a master at all services!

On Friday August the 18th we made an appointment for 2:30 to see The Stylist Georgia at Elite Suites Salon Studios we got there at 2:28 we did not get to see Georgia the stylist until after 3 I had asked her to fix the brassy color in my hair and even out my hair she started working on my hair then put me in the hallway because apparently she double-booked she told me to sit out in the hallway with the chemicals in my hair and let them process then when she was done with that another lady lady showed up and she told me to come back in the room then she continue to work on my hair another client showed up and she had me sit in the hallway again when she finally did get to my hair in the color processed it was two different colors she said don’t worry about that will take care of your hair color tomorrow and then she started cutting my hair when she showed me how it looked in the back I was horrified I had long pieces short pieces she cut off half of my hair and in certain pieces almost like it’s been shaving completely off I told her it did not look good I’m not happy at all she told me don’t worry will take care of everything tomorrow it just a shadow effect because the hair process didn’t come out like she thought it would and tomorrow will dyed all one color and it will look perfect she told me to wash my hair and keep it wet don’t blow dry it and come tomorrow keep in mind we got there at 2:28 we didn’t leave until 7 tomorrow came around I got up early so I can get to my appointment on time and the owner of the company called me at around 10 a.m. and told me Georgia refuses to see me I asked the owner is someone else going to fix my hair and he said no she did not charge you for the haircut so what is the problem the problem is I have to live in my hair like this and Georgia said she could fix it no problem the owner stated my husband made Georgia cry which we were dumbfounded because she made the appointment for the next day and we said our goodbyes she promised she would make it right my husband told me she realized she messed up your hair so she made up a story to the owner so she wouldn’t have to fix it or be responsible for it

Studio Geo is terrific. Georgia is especially good with color. She uses luxury brand Kevin Murphy. No caustic smell, your hair feels great and the color lasts. Her studio is comfortable and welcoming. She goes out of her way to provide the best salon experience. She came in at 8:00 am to accommodate my daughter who was visiting from out of town. She is very affordable too!

This review is for Faun Davis, I sent my wife to her to get her hair colored. My wife was very used to walking into a salon, getting her hair colored in 2 hours and walking out. During this visit Faun did a great job explaining to my wife all the damage that is done to hair using daily products. I am not sure what she did but basically stripped all the gunk and residue from my wife’s hair which also revealed all the damage and too much lift from my wife’s last 1 star color from the last salon she used. So after Faun stripped all this stuff, yes hours later but so worth it. My wife scheduled her color appointment with Faun. So excited to see the results of that. But anyway just saying Faun knows her hair. Super worth sending your wife for the day.Plan a whole day or get it done in several day segments. Faun Cares so much not only about the color but also the health of your hair. my wife’s hair looked so clean and great just after the cleaning treatment. My wife was so thrilled she didn’t shampoo her hair for 4 days after the procedure and it didn’t look greasy or gross. LOVE LOVE LOVE Faun at flourish 500 stars.

I saw Kim for permanent eyebrow services ($180). At the first appointment, she stated the service would last two years. It barely lasted a year. Knowing that things vary person to person I went for a retouch (for which I paid an additional $120). I was displeased with the shape of the retouch and reached out to her. I never heard back. I texted her and she stated it would be $100 to correct. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Communication is inconsistent and the quality of the service was lacking.

My fiance came in for a wedding hair cut. All we wanted was the back and sides a little shorter and the top to still be a little longer because he has wavy hair. He sent me a picture and his hair was cut WAY shorter than his description or the picture he showed her. He told her not to take a lot off the top and showed her a picture of EXACTLY how we were wanting it for the wedding, but now it’s too short to do ANYTHING to try to fix it. We will not be returning.
