I only get my nails done occasionally so when I do go I’m very unfamiliar with the verbiage and what Is what. I went here and the nail tech was so helpful, kind, and did an AMAZING job on my nails. For once I did not feel intimidated. The environment was so comfortable I now want to make this a regular thing. Dip powder

The most awful customer service I’ve ever experienced. Group of 3 went in for nails, we all walked in together talking to each other so it was very obvious we were all together. 1 of us for sat and the other 2 were waiting when another group walked in. The nail techs then sat the new group, I stood up and let her know all 3 of us were getting our nails done and that the 2 of us left had been waiting. She looked right at me then completely ignored me and continued to seat the new group. My friend who was already at a station got up and we all left. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Downright disgustingly rude people!!!

Worst pedicure of my life the guy never spoke to me and the fastest pedi I have ever had and I got the organic pedicure with gel you would think it was more expensive so I would have been treated better. The mani was horrible he used tools on my nails for a regular mani and didn’t even put lotion on my hands and arms like other nail salons, won’t ever come back here.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueInitially I was pleased with my nails. After going a few times, the quality got worse and the price went up. I had to go back several times for them to fix their poor quality work (I.e. paid for gel but got non gel clear coat; nails incredibly thick and not shaped well) and they always charged full price. The last time I went one of the male techs did an embarrassing job for a professional, the shape was terrible, way too thick and there were polish streaks and bubbles in literally every nail. It took them almost 45 minutes to soak my nails off because they were so thick. Not once did they offer to compensate the extra time or money I spent to fix their mistakes. I had to go back several times for them to fix their poor quality work (I.e. paid for gel but got non gel clear coat; nails incredibly thick and not shaped well) and they always charged full price.
