Positive: ValueThis is my tried and true favorite pedicure spot. The family that runs it and works there are consistent, there are not new faces providing your services every week. They never up charge for petty little things. I never feel ripped off. They provide a fair service for a fair price which makes me want to always tip more. It’s not new and fancy but it’s where I feel the most comfortable. I’ve been going here for years. This is my tried and true favorite pedicure spot. The family that runs it and works there are consistent, there are not new faces providing your services every week. They never up charge for petty little things. I never feel ripped off. They provide a fair service for a fair price which makes me want to always tip more. It’s not new and fancy but it’s where I feel the most comfortable. I’ve been going here for years. And it’s beside Kroger, how much more convenient can you get?

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE! If I could leave zero stars I would. There are nail salons on every corner, so you’d think the professionalism and service would be better at this place. I’ve gone over 3 times and every time I go no one greets you, they look at you like you’re an inconvenience. I understand that I was a walk in, but to not even be greeted. It just makes me feel some sort of way. Also they water down all polishes so they chip day one. They do this so you have to pay for more expensive services. I just feel like we should be treated at least with a little bit of customer service. I felt so put out. PS – I know I’m not the only one because I’ve heard this from others. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been coming to this nail salon for several years and they are great. I’ve tried others in the area and always come back to Elite. The staff are friendly and remember you. The salon is a little dated, but the value and customer service make up for it. I would recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already.Service: Pedicure
