Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI waited over an hour and a half to get dip powder nails while they served everyone else who wasn’t a minority. Finally got my nails done and they were uneven, bulky, & to make matters worse, one of the woman employees was talking about me and my nail choice assuming that I couldn’t understand her and certain words, which I could . They handed me a few coupons as I left because of my wait. But I will definitely not be coming back! I was mature enough to not be rude as they were. Finally got my nails done and they were uneven, bulky, & to make matters worse, one of the woman employees was talking about me and my nail choice assuming that I couldn’t understand her and certain words, which I could . Book with Katie (221Nails on Instagram) gave me some beautiful wedding nails! Had a pedicure by one of the other ladies in the salon and 3 weeks later, my feet still feel good! Nail polish on toes has lasted 3 weeks very well!

I use to love the pedicures I received, but now they are very short, they don’t even massage your feet unless you ask and that’s a 30 dollar service add 20 for gel polish. The eyebrows and eyelashes don’t mess yourself up please. They really need to work on their customer service skills. My service was not even 30 minutes long in which it should be as advertised and the lady she rushed me out the way to do is not a minority.

Kelly does an amazing job with eyebrows. i highly recommend her. I gave 3 stars because the 2 times I have went for oedicures I have been over charged. First time I chose the $40 pesicure and was charged $60. Didn’t say anything because I thougjt maybe the gel polish could crank up the charge. I went again this past Friday evening. I was very pleased with my service but I selected the regular $30 pedicure. I get to the register and was charged $50. Now mind you I selected the $30 pedicure that does not include hot stones or and intensive leg massage. These things were provided during my pedicure WITHOUT being asled so ai assumed it was apart of the package. They do great work here but I will not be returning for a pedicure if I am going to be charged an extra $20 outside of what I chose. This is stealing! So in all I have been robbed $40 from the 2 times I visited for a pedicure. I really hate to find another place because the quality of work here is absolitely amazing! But you can’t upcharge every single time or provide extra i the service without asking first especially if you are looking for it to be paid.

I really hate to give this place a one star but I simply had to. Myself and two others went in on a busy Friday evening to get manicures and pedicures. Although the wait time was not long at all the problems began right away. The nail tech I had was not very attentive and would frequently look around and just not pay attention whatsoever. The SNS set I got looked pretty but within the first week the top coat of it was already peeling and lifting. I lost two nails within that same time. This is week two barely and I’ve lost four nails now. NEVER have I had this happen w/ another nail shop. The pedicure I received was extremely costly for the little bit of work that was done on them. I don’t mind paying extra for gel polish b/c that is my preference but the pedicures start at $40 and to add gel was an additional $15. The attention paid to my feet was bare minimum at best. My gel polish on my toes has begun to peel as well. My other guests that came with me experienced similar if not the same treatment. I normally will give a place a second chance but this nail salon has completely changed my mind. Will not be returning.

This is far from my first time visiting this salon, but this very likely will be my last. I got a SNS (dipping powder) manicure on Sunday and on Monday, two nails had cracked. I have been getting SNS for the whole summer and never have I had this happen. When I came back on Monday to get them fixed, the technician was rude and dismissive and seemed to imply that it was my fault that they cracked.
