Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to get my kids hair cut. They sat for 2hrs and neither one of them had got in a chair. This was after I was told they had someone available on the way. When I went in to pick them up there was 20 people in there and my kids kept getting skipped over like they were second class citizens.
