I loved the customer service it was great, every ody was friendly. I dont remember the lady who did my nails but she was new and she was a Latina, She did a beautiful job with my nails and she was really nice and dis my nails exactly gow i wanted them. Now the thing i did not like was the quality of there products, Cheap…. Two of my nails fell off less than a week after i got them done. After a week my nails looked like they were 3 weeks old already. So they must have cheap cheap acrylic.

Nail tech rushed through my gel manicure. Didn’t soak my nails, no manicure, no hand massage. Just polished with gel and very badly at that. Claims she removed the cuticle with the electric nail file but really she was rushing through it. She even gave me a “discount” but paying 20 bucks to just polish my nails when I could get a full manicure for 13 bucks elsewhere is ridiculous. Never again.
