I was quite clear with Richard on how I wanted my hair cut and styled. He did not listen. He cut, actually he shared the sides of my hair. He cut or shaved it the way he wanted. The salon is very unprofessional. The two stylists banter with each other and customers in a very inappropriate manner. The salon is messy, with hair and foil all about the floor. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
