I love this place! Everyone is very friendly & welcoming. Courtney has been doing my hair for 8 years now. I couldn’t ask for better service. I get compliments on my hair ALL THE TIME! She is kind and very helpful with a questions I have! Courtney always makes sure I know how to properly care for my blonde hair. I drive an hour & a half for her services. I would recommend her for all your hair needs!

Ali is a LIFE SAVER. I had a really terrible experience at a different salon with hair extensions. I reached out to Ali and she got me in right away, accessed the situation, and came up with a game plan. She gave me the hair I had been dreaming of having! She made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and I had all proper information about taking care of the extensions and made sure I knew that if I ever have any questions that she is available! When you leave her salon you ALWAYS feel your best. Last year 2021 I received highlights from Courtney. I have gotten highlights for 20 years. She accidentally used the keratin straightening solution with the bleach. My hair was falling out in chunks – it is over a year later and I still cannot get my hair colored – it is still so damaged that it breaks off and is very fried. I have spent over 100”s and 100’s trying to fix this. She refused to see me, or admit any fault. It did not do this on its own! This is the worst hair experience from the accident to telling me let’s agree to disagree!!! Save your money, save your hair DO NOT GO HERE!!! I waited over a year to post this – but I just can’t as I’m here spending hours each week to just look presentable. I had gorgeous hair!!’ And she ruined it – this is a 5 year or more process to correct – I will never forgive her. Disgusting customer service! Shame on all of them for no one stepping up to help me. As a woman my hair was everything …. I will never forget you Courtney – I sure hope you get what you deserve, I was good to you and tipped you well. The very least you could have done was seen me to try and help me. Shame on you!!!

They are great to be around it’s always good conversation and lots of laughter.Courtney has been doing my hair for 7 years and I get the desired color each time. Megan has done beautifully on my extensions and install. I always get so many compliments on my hair. I’ve even had Ali step in and take me under her wing if I’ve been in a pinch. They bounce ideas and suggestion off of each other and the clients are always put first. A few years ago, I took a leap and had my light, almost non-existing brows micro bladed by Paige and it was the best investment!
