I found this location via Instagram through Slip Squad. The stylist did a good job with pressing (meaning getting the hair straight she gets 100) However she was too rough and hitting the blow dryer against my scalp while she’s upset about personal issues. She cut my natural hair while wet and more when it was dry. Who does this ? This was not a trim .. I’ve been natural for 20 years and have had my hair pressed many of times. They always cut after it was dry. You can cut too much hair if wet because of the shrinkage. Also you don’t have to cut to give a good press but she constantly cut my hair throughout the styling as if my hair was a wig. My hair is now completely choppy and uneven and looks like a mess of a wig. The top layer of hair is shorter than the underside.However I did not want my hair cut period. When I told her that while in the share she just ignored me and said it needed it but why is the top layer so much shorter now? Please don’t do hair when you have personal things going on that will affect the outcome of the clients hair. Just take the days off.
