I would spend your $ elsewhere. My 1hr massage lasted 42 minutes. I told them at the front desk, but they dismissed my comment and told me they allow 5 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes after to get dressed. Also, my masseuse had a long finger nail that kept rubbing against my back, I mentioned this to her, and she responded “yea, I do have a long nail”.

Knowledge mediocre at best. Not very welcoming but their tone did match the atmosphere ( the women were quiet) More discouraged at their lack of options. Which they did suggested and said they would offer alternative options other than their services but absent mindedly forgot to follow thru and provide. Out of chains I would recommend Massage Envy. Wasn’t their preferred client but not offended I stop because convenience and curiosity. But would not recommend based initial interaction, more disappointed the general manager involved I’d expect better business practices. Front desk did what they needed to do.

I had an amazing 90 minute massage from Barbara. I did have a bit of trouble actually getting my massage. First they had an employee issue twice. My next (3rd) appointment was rescheduled and nobody notified me. Rescheduled again and finally saw Barbara. She was awesome! My appointment was a gift from 2 of my daughter’s. When it was rescheduled a couple of times I was told it would be complementary and a free Aroma Therapy was added. None of this was mentioned at my visit, but then I forgot to mention it as well.

While my initial visit was not great, management made things right and I had a very pleasant experience the second time. It was like night and day between the first massage therapist and the second. My advice would be to really ask the front desk who would best suite your needs instead of taking whoever is available. I don’t think I’d want to see anyone else in the future. I am grateful to the GM who turned my experience around.

This was my first time going to get a massage and the massage experience was good. My masseuse, Patricia, was wonderful. The two others in my party and overall enjoyed their 60min massage too. One masseuse did cut the session by 10mins short.
