10/10 experience. everyone was so nice and patient. the massage was great too. my masseuse was very friendly, easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns regarding why i was getting the massage done, and explained some stretches i asked about in a way that was easy to understand & follow. everything looked and felt clean. the questionnaire at the beginning was easy to fill out & straightforward. appreciated the masks required signs. felt very safe in general! would recommend to others 🙂

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went here for a massage three months ago and have been going back for a while. Their massages were sub par, whatever the price is good. The assistant manager terry basically egged me into signing up for a subscription which I was fine with whatever I liked the massage. I was told on signing up that if I did not use my monthly payment that month it would roll over to the next month. Today I get a call that my payment declined? Uh yeah I have a specific card for payments and wasn’t expecting one? Come to find out these people LIED about their payment system. Now when I ask to end the subscription I am told they have to use my last months payment? Hell no. I want a refund I didn’t even use it! The people here will STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LIE ABOUT POLICIES. I am still awaiting a call back and I hope that I get the refund I deserve. DO NOT COME HERE. Blooming Lotus in Chicago is WAY better than this place and is the same price. The assistant manager terry basically egged me into signing up for a subscription which I was fine with whatever I liked the massage.
