Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis salon is extremely unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment 4 weeks ago for Braid with Raymond. Called 3 days ago before the scheduled appointment to confirm the time. I showed up to the appointment today at 4:15 and Raymond was gone. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30, and Raymond lied and said the appointment was at 4:00. Not only did Raymond make me right down my appointment time and day at my last appointment with him but I also confirmed the time and day with him 3 days before my appointment. Now my 7 year old niece that came all the way up from Florida is now in tears because she was looking forward to getting her hair braided. How unprofessional can you be Raymond, not even a courtesy call. You just left. Raymond treats his customs so poorly and unprofessional. But let’s be honest it’s not like he can braid hair anyways he was just a last ditch effort for braids when the professionals are booked up. For context I have never actually experienced having my hair styled before. With that being said after having been to this establishment I don’t think I can ever just go to a barber shop again. The price tag post service was such a pleasant surprise as well considering the high quality work that was done to really help make me look my best. Highly recommend this shop if you need your hair cut, styled, or both!!

I decided to try this salon since they were close and could get us in very last minute. They did an excellent job, even when the girls got a little antsy. My youngest usually screams through the entire process. Not today. On the way home, she even said that she wanted to go back here from now on. In all our years getting hair braided, she’s never said that before! Major props to all the stylists here. You’ve created a great, friendly, and welcoming environment and made regulars of us.
